Ginger Pickle (Adrak Ka Achar)

This ginger pickle is widely used in Asian cuisine and there are several variants of the pickled form of it, the Indian cuisine had developed its own version of ginger pickle, a.k.a. ‘Adrak ka Achar’. For its crunchy texture and sharp flavour, the Punjabi Adrak ka Achar has been a popular accompaniment to any north Indian meal.
